How we build products

We start with discovery and requirements, design from low to high fidelity, then validate what gets built.

Discovery → Requirements

We align on scope, goals, and what success looks like.

Low Fidelity → High Fidelity

Fast iterations with AI. Precise execution in Figma.

Testing → Reporting

QA with a design eye. What's built, tested against design.

Coming Soon

The Figma kit we built for ourselves.
Soon available to everyone.

A Figma UI kit inspired by shadcn and Tailwind. Keeps designers and developers working from the same foundation.

What clients say

We work with clients across Estonia, Denmark, Latvia, Dubai, Luxembourg, and Finland. Remote-first, async-friendly, and used to working across time zones.

For us Boiling Brains was just what the doctor ordered. Their team and way of work is just a perfect fit for our Company. Getting a team of design, copy and product skills to come in and understand our company and products, from an internal perspective, and help us build our products of tomorrow has just been the perfect match for us.

To have weekly updates on progress and spendings makes it easy for us to see where we are. To have them "close by" in slack and to quickly setup a meeting when priorities changes is just a bliss.

The structure to our design systems they have applied for us is very intuitive both for our engineering team but also for our buisness to jump in, and see the latest changes and updates.

General

Every project follows the same three-stage workflow — discovery and requirements, design from low to high fidelity, then QA and reporting. Each stage feeds into the next.

That said, we're flexible. If you need to jump straight into problem-solving without a full discovery phase, we can work that way too.

It depends on what gets scoped in the discovery stage. Some projects run for a few weeks, others for a year or more. The scope defines the timeline, not the other way around.

Anywhere from two weeks to two years. It's defined during the first pillar, once scope and requirements are clear, the timeline follows naturally.

Figma for design. Slack for communication, Notion for documentation.

We use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor — for research, day-to-day work, and development tasks.

No revision limits. We work against requirements and acceptance criteria set during discovery, so feedback is measured against what was agreed, not counted.

Everyone is welcome to reach out. If you have something you're building and need design help, get in touch and we'll figure out if we're the right fit.
