What are the pricing options?

As all projects are unique, we can’t give you a precise number. Though, here are the pricing models we use:

  • Pay as you go (hourly rate x hours spent)
  • Monthly subscription (fixed monthly fee)
  • Fixed price (separate offer for every Scope of Works)

How can we start?

First, please schedule a 30-minute call and we’ll orchestrate the rest. Be ready contribute into:

  • Q&A form about business and product
  • Follow-up call with stakeholders
  • Design strategy workshop
  • Project planning

What is our toolset?

We use multiple tools for different purposes. For analysis we use Smartlook - a fully GDPR compliant tool to observe user behaviour and measure performance of user flows and design solutions. For design and brainstorming we use Figma, Figjam and Miro. For FE-development we use the most popular stacks and open source frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS). Also, we are good in Webflow and WordPress development.

How can we communicate?

We’ll set up a private Slack channel to keep communication flowing fast and transparent. We use it for rapid communication as well as proactive weekly status reporting. For documents related communication we prefer using Email.

How can I request new designs?

Easy! Once we've onboarded you and assigned a Project Manager to your project(s), simply share your needs or ideas with him or her. We'll take it from there, turning your input into actionable task first and eventually into ready-to-develop designs.

How soon can I get the first designs?

Normally, we start the actual design work by the end of the Week 2 (if stakeholders contributed as expected during the onboarding). So it is reasonable to expect the first design solutions by the end of the Week 3.
